The past Saturday the restaurant held a private party for a lively bunch. This group requested that we put on a Big Night. So that is what we did. We started with an Antipasto, a Frutta di Mare, Insalata of Asparagus and Mushrooms, Melanzana - Eggplant Parmigiano, Timpano, Lemon Roasted Rosemary Chicken, Butternut Squash Risotto, Polenta Cake with Plums and Italian Cookies with Cannolis. The wine was flowing, the espresso was perking and the music was melodic.
Everyone was waiting for Luis Prima, but he never did show. One comment was to keep drinking and he will appear! The crowd took the party outside in the parking lot and danced. What a special night, we all shared, friends and family alike.
