Easter Weekend

Alleluia, Alleluia, Alleluia Christ is Risen!  Just like our Easter Bread, we hope! 

This weekend is the biggest celebration for all Catholics and Christians alike.  Because most of Italy is Catholic the food celebrates this very holiest of holidays. 

There are things made with eggs, spring colors, fresh cheeses, lamb and homemade pastas from each region to mark this occasion.  Spring is upon us and most of the ingredients used are found in nature.  We use what is given to us during this time of the year. 

We wish all of our patrons, friends and family a blessed Easter Season.  May the Risen Christ find a special place in your hearts and homes to bring about the resurrection we need, Amen.
