April Showers, bring May Flowers? Well not certain if that will still hold true in Northeast Ohio, but we are certainly hoping for some warmer days. The ground has rested and is displaying its first harvest of wonderful spring produce.
Please stop by the North Union Farmer's Market Fundraiser this coming Monday. Here you will sample some of the finest foods for the season prepared by our local talented restaurateurs.
We are participants of this event and enjoy the opportunity to do something fresh, new and creative. It helps us stay connected to the farmers, the clients and our family of creative chefs in the Greater Cleveland Area.
Please stop by to support your local farmers and growers. It is important to keep our food source local, cut down on chemical usage and get back to wholesome food. This will only help our local economy and the health of those in our communities.
